10 Things to do when you're bored in wow

1. Do something that is surprisingly more amusing than you could imagine it ever being. Yes I'm talking about completing achievements. Stupid as they seem, everyone wants to do them and you can get addicted, be warned.

2. Be loved. Getting your reputation up with certain expeditions or factions or whatever they call it can be rewarding. Doing the quests that you need to boost you rep usually pays pretty well for the small amount of work they take to do and a few places offer certain rare mounts, tabards etc. at discounted rates once you are exalted.

3. Kill thy friend, he'll go down easier than your enemy. Dueling friends of the same level help you to improve in pvp by getting to know your character as well as the classes they play better. It's also fun and entertaining, especially in a big group.

4. Try new things, there are lots of fish in the sea and enough classes to go around, try playing a new class or race. It's like finishing Modern Warfare 2 for the second time, it never stops being fun.

5. Have some professional courtesy, or at least act professional. Leveling up your professions is 187.6% more boring than watching paint dry but since you have nothing to do anyways why not try something useful right?

6. Make your own action movie, well kind of, watch other people arguing is more accurate. Use trade chat to start arguments, get some popcorn and enjoy the show. P.S. Aliens, bigfoot and other unreal stuff could work pretty well.

7. Make your own cheesy game show in trade chat, no sparkly purple jacket needed Mr. Host. Just make sure you know the answers to your questions. If you don't know much about wow just go to wowhead and read up a little.

8. Scare low level players. Go to some area where there will be low level players doing quests and follow them all over the place. If they try to fight let them hurt you until they realize its going to take 5 days and 9 hours to kill a level 80 then waste them. Sure its a little mean but come on, you're bored. Just don't kill them constantly, a joke is only funny once.

9. Collect mounts, you can do quests and be rewarded with the ability to buy special mounts afterwards. Everybody loves a new mount, its got that new mount smell all over it.

10. Be a kid again, or still.. Play hide and seek with your friends, make a big group if you can and play in a big city like Dalaran, Ogrimmar or Stormwind. The bigger the group the better. And be careful, if a man wants to give you candy to get in his car run as far away as you can.
